The Planning Commission held a public hearing and approved a Design Review request to demolish the existing home and construct a new 1,987 square foot home with a 317 square foot attached garage at  Ryan Ave.;

held a Study Session item proposing to demolish the existing home and construct a new 2,961 square foot home with an attached 452 square foot garage at  W. Blithedale Ave.;

held a public hearing and approved a Design Review and Variance application for a new 2,088 square foot house with an attached 452 square foot garage at 175 Bolsa Ave.;

and, held a public hearing and continued to a nonspecific date a Design Review applciation to demolish the existing 1,896 sq. ft. two-story single-family home and ADU

and construct a

new three-story 4,098 sq. ft. residence with a 517 sq. ft. attached ADU and a 484 sq. ft. garage at 312 Eldridge Ave.
